EFT practitioner - Matrix re-imprinting - NLP

My name is Ági and have been a practitioner and trainer for 20+ years.  I regularly give EFT1 and EFT2 workshops as well as group- and individual sessions in the fields of spiritual development, trauma release, changing beliefs, surrogate tapping, weight loss, etc.

I started tapping in 2001, then did the original EFT course supervised by Patricia Carrington in 2002, and received my fundamental and advanced certificates. Started my EFT practice in 2006 giving EFT sessions in English and Hungarian and EFT on-line courses in Hungarian.

I asked for and received permission from Gary Craig to translate the EFT Manual into Hungarian. This manual has been available to freely download from my website since 2007. I also wrote and self-published two books about EFT ( and working on several more, ...) - these are available, in Hungarian, from my website. I had also been working together with David MacKay creating Hungarian subtitles for the film "EFT a universal healing aid" - "Fantasztikus Univerzális Gyógymód".
Also translated several books from Rebecca Marina, the Hungarian translations can be found under "Essential Reading".

While using classical EFT during my sessions and trainings, I am also interested in more advanced EFT techniques and other energy psychology methods. I have been intensively studying and using Matrix Reimprinting since October 2012 and followed the Matrix Birth Reimprinting training with Sharon King.

Flower Bud Petals

My Motto (together with Shakyamuni Buddha) is:

“Always I am aware of which living beings practice the way, and which do not, and in response to their needs for salvation I preach various doctrines for them. At all times I think to myself: How can I cause living beings to gain entry into the unsurpassed way and quickly acquire the body of a Buddha?”

Why EFT

Why EFT?

It can help with

Trauma

The emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a simple and potentially effective treatment for PTSD. EFT involves a sequence of repetitive tapping on acupuncture points while saying an activating phrase, which is based on cognitive behavior therapy. EFT addresses the fear behind patients' physical symptoms.

Fatigue

My experience with people suffering from Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is very helpful to understand how insidious and debilitating this illness can be. EFT is valuable because of its simplicity, its gentle and universal use and creative applications.

Many of us work with additional healing modalities; EFT can be the “work horse that pulls the cart forward” in difficult situations.

Mental Detoxification

Tapping Therapy, professionally referred to as EFT, combines cognitive restructuring with tapping on meridians. This activity allows the brain and body to release stress through the process of regulating the central nervous system (CNS) and releasing negative thoughts and emotions.

Weight Loss

If you're an emotional eater, EFT tapping might help curb your appetite and lead to weight loss. If you believe you're gaining weight because of stress, EFT tapping might help with that, too

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain.
